Dani Wicker

Dani Wicker (she/her) is a first year Resident at VOICE Charter School in New York City. In addition to pursuing her Master of Arts in Teaching at Relay Graduate School of Education, she loves to go thrifting to find unique items or pieces. 

What was your favorite moment in the classroom?

My school’s annual Parade of Nations celebration!

What grade do you teach?

Kindergarten!

What is one thing your students have taught you?

My students have taught me to have fun everyday and to find joy in the little moments.

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I love horseback riding!

If you weren’t in education, what would you be doing?

I would be a public speaking coach.
